These terms govern your use of Daftar (the "Service"), an expense-tracking product for businesses and individuals. By creating an account, you agree to them.
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. Registration requires an accurate name and email address.
A company account has one owner and may have additional members with admin, manager, or employee roles. The owner is responsible for who they invite and what access they grant. We are not responsible for disputes between an owner and their company's members over data, access, or expense approvals.
New accounts start on a trial plan for a limited period. After the trial, continued use requires an active plan. We may change plan pricing or limits with reasonable notice; changes do not apply retroactively to a billing period you've already paid for.
Paid plans in the app. The Company plan is an auto-renewing subscription bought inside the Daftar app through the Apple App Store or Google Play, for a monthly, three-month, or yearly period. The price, shown in your local currency before you confirm, is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, and again at the start of each renewal period. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it: on Apple devices at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and on Android before the end of the current period. Only the company's owner can buy or manage the plan, and the plan applies to the whole company.
Cancelling and refunds. You can cancel or change your subscription at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Apple and Google handle payments and refunds, so refund requests go to them under their own policies.
When a plan ends. If a paid plan or trial ends, your company's data is not deleted. For a limited period the members of the company can still view and export their data, and the owner can renew the plan. After that period, only the owner can sign in, to renew the plan.
You retain ownership of the expense records, receipts, and other content you submit. You grant us only the license needed to store, process, and display it back to you (and to your company's authorized members) in order to run the Service. You're responsible for having the right to upload anything you attach.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, abuses the Service, or has an unresolved billing issue. You may stop using the Service, and request deletion of your account and data, at any time — see our Privacy Policy and the account deletion page.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of financial records where required by law or your own business practice — the Service is a tool, not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
